Can I act for more than one programme?
No – a tied agent can act for one investment firm only. That is the core of the construction: the firm is answerable and must therefore be able to supervise completely.
What happens to my existing intermediary licence?
It can generally be continued in parallel – for funds and investment products outside the programme. We settle the clean separation during onboarding.
Who is liable towards my clients?
Timberland Invest Ltd is answerable for the placement activity carried out under the programme; contracts are concluded directly with the firm or the issuer.
What does onboarding cost, how am I remunerated?
Cost model: ‹to be defined›. Remuneration and settlement are governed by the agent agreement – transparent, without hidden deductions. Figures belong in a conversation, not on a website.
Can I leave the programme again?
Yes. Notice periods and unwinding are governed by the agent agreement. An affiliation should carry you, not tie you down.
